2^nd Annual Rich Gerding Memorial Classic Car Cruize-In

Attention fellow classic car enthusiasts, the second annual Rich Gerding Memorial Cruize-In has been set for Saturday, October 3^rd.  Cars and motorcycles will depart from downtown Ottoville at 11:00 am (Note time change) and travel through the county as follows (see map): Ottoville, Fort Jennings, Kalida, Glandorf, Ottawa, Columbus Grove, Pandora, Gilboa, Leipsic, Miller City, Continental.  Participants may join the parade of cars at any time.  Join us following the cruize at the home of Kevin (Beaver) and Cheryl Van Oss at 24933 Rd N-24, Ottoville for car show, music, raffles, 50/50, food, and more.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Rich Gerding Memorial Scholarship fund, open to all seniors graduating from Putnam County high schools and planning to attend a college or university.  In addition to his passion for classic cars, Gerding was also a strong supporter of high school academics and athletics.  Always recognizing that a strong work ethic was the key to success, Rich closely followed the achievements of all the stars of Putnam County in their high school careers and on through college.  Rich would take great pride in knowing that through this benefit he could sponsor a student who continually gives 100% to further their education and accomplish life-time goals.
